Went for Dragon Boat Land training at Dover ITE. Meet up with Jojo love 4pm at Choa chu kang lo. Because others all went to clementi at 3pm lo. Didnt inform me anything abt it also, so chicken backside. Then they intend to bathe after the training also no one inform me, again so chicken backside.
Sampat change le luhs, last time she will inform me de. Sure must have me around de~ Now no need me can ownselve go meet those guys for lunch. Change le change le. Now have Angda around can le, )))): Super sad, I become her second choice le~ But never mind lucky I still have Jojo love. She meet up with me lo, then took train to Dover then bus to Dover ITE.
Reached there they already start the warm up le. Straight start to run, 8 rounds & 1 round of walk. After that Mrlim start nagging & nagging again. I dont know for what sake la, he just start talking non stop with the guy. Then the girls just sit around listen talk among ourselves lo. Until 8plus then they ask us to go pull Cardio. 500m within 2.30s, three sets. Can cry one, - . -
Aftermath, Mrlim actually say can leave le. Mayb because he abit bu shuang those guys then wanna train them more. But Ivy not tired one, - . - She still wanna do, no kick for her. So do circuits lo, five sets. Again do until can cry plus vomit. I dont know why today one so tough luhs. I guess is because of the pizza bar I eat earlier when Jojo love & I went to 7eleven to grab some food to eat.
Having Mrlim beside stressing me during the 5sets of circuit lo. So damn chicken backside, he say you are Volleyball captain ar why like this one. - . -, super ass. Make me super bu shuang so I chiong see him see. Then he happy, purposely wanna gek me nia. After circuits, sit in a circle. Doing the lifting of hands lo. 200times.
Finish the 200times, Andy not happy because all do not good. Additional 50times, then end everything. Dismiss & went down waited for Jojo & Hui Jia to bathe hao. Sampat didnt bathe for the sake of me lo, asked her to go bathe she dont want.. Then off to the nearby coffee shop to eat. Didnt have my princess seats, Huijia took it. Lols. Finish eating, home sweet home to weewee then out again~ Reached home abt 1plus bathe & KO lo! Lols, hahah.
